FYI, in case you guys didn't know already, to gain the Hammerfell bonus you always need Stros M'Kai (which is technically part of Hammerfell), just like you'll need Vvardenfell for the Morrowind bonus, and the 100 Influence special zone Imperial City to gain the Cyrodiil bonus (you'll still also get the Imperial City bonus, however).

What is the Morrowind bonus? Also, how will wars work?

Provincial bonus (1 bonus influence).

For wars, you will say you're claiming a region belonging to another player, and after all neutral claims are taken, attacks will take place. The attackers will decide how much influence they want to spend to take the city, and the defender will then decide. The result is essentially an auction for the city, during which you will need to be strategic to determine the right amount of influence to spend on that city.
